Participants learn how to assess a situation, alert the emergency services and administer first aid in accordance with the role of the workplace first-aider within the organisation.

This first-aid training course enables employees to learn the essential steps for protecting a casualty, alerting the emergency services and responding effectively in an emergency. Through role-play scenarios and practical exercises, participants learn how to respond to someone feeling unwell, choking, losing consciousness or suffering a cardiac arrest, including how to use a defibrillator.

This ‘Gestes qui Sauvent’ first-aid course enables participants to develop the essential skills needed to protect a casualty, alert the emergency services and administer first aid in the event of major emergencies. Participants learn how to respond in the event of choking, fainting, loss of consciousness or cardiac arrest, and are taught how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED).

Training in Movement and Posture

This training course on correct movements and postures for manual handling helps to prevent musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and occupational risks associated with carrying loads. Participants learn how to adopt correct postures, use appropriate handling techniques, adapt their working environment and minimise physical exertion in order to improve their safety on a day-to-day basis.
